Tank Design and Engineering
High-Strength Body Structure
We manufacture a horizontal cylindrical body from AD 2000 compliant pressure vessel steel. Furthermore, we use ellipsoidal dished ends throughout. Moreover, we achieve high pressure resistance with 10 mm shell thickness and 12 mm dished end thickness. Consequently, we guarantee safe operation under the most demanding field conditions.
Welding and Heat Treatment
We manufacture with EN 9606-1 and ISO 14732 certified welders. Furthermore, we apply SAW, SMAW, and GTAW welding technologies. Moreover, we apply heat treatment to all dished ends. Consequently, every welded joint ships with documented quality assurance.
Surface Protection and Paint System
First, we apply SA 2.5 sandblasting. Furthermore, we follow with an anti-corrosion shop primer. Moreover, we complete the system with epoxy primer and a final acrylic topcoat. Consequently, we deliver long-lasting surface protection under every operating condition.
Inspection and Quality Control
We control every stage of the production process according to international quality standards. Furthermore, we apply the following test and inspection processes without exception:
- Furthermore, we apply radiographic or ultrasonic weld inspection (NDT — UT/RT).
- Moreover, we carry out hydrostatic pressure testing on every unit.
