LPG Storage Tanks

LPG Storage Tanks

As Harsan Tanker, we design and manufacture LPG Storage Tanks for both high-capacity industrial facilities and low-capacity domestic applications. We produce tanks in the 1m³ – 400m³ capacity range in compliance with AD2000, CE and ASME standards. Furthermore, we deliver high safety and long service life on every project.

Above-Ground and Underground Storage Tanks

We manufacture domestic tanks in different models depending on whether they are installed above ground or underground. Our standard production complies with EN 12542, EN 13445 and PED directives. Moreover, upon customer request, we can design and manufacture according to AD2000 Merkblatter, ASME or other applicable standards.

Independent TÜV Inspection and Quality Assurance

We carry out all tank manufacturing and testing under the supervision of TÜV, an independent inspection body. Furthermore, all Harsan storage products are designed and manufactured in compliance with the PED 97/23 / CE EU directive. Upon customer request, we also produce to ASME DIV II standards.

Material and Welding Standards

We use P355 grade carbon steel per EN 10028-3, specifically manufactured for pressure vessels, in all tank production. We test all welded joints in accordance with the applicable manufacturing standard. Furthermore, after production, we subject every tank to a hydrostatic pressure test. Following this test, we verify all tank accessory connections against leakage.

Sandblasting and Paint System

After applying Grid sandblasting to SA 2.5 standard, we determine the combination of primer coat and final 2-coat epoxy paint according to whether the tank is installed above ground or underground. Harsan quality guarantees the highest performance paint system throughout the full service life of the tank.

What capacity range and international standards do Harsan LPG storage tanks meet?

We manufacture both high-capacity industrial and low-capacity domestic LPG storage tanks in the 1m³ – 400m³ capacity range. Furthermore, we produce all units in compliance with AD2000CE and ASME standards. Moreover, our standard production conforms to EN 12542EN 13445 and PED directives. Consequently, upon customer request, we can also design and manufacture to AD2000 MerkblatterASME or other international standards.

We manufacture domestic LPG tanks in different models depending on whether they are installed above ground or underground. Furthermore, we carry out all tank manufacturing and testing under TÜV independent inspection. Moreover, we determine the paint combination separately based on above-ground or underground use. Consequently, we provide a safe and compliant solution for every installation scenario.

We carry out all manufacturing and testing under the supervision of TÜV, an independent inspection body. Furthermore, after production we subject every tank to a hydrostatic pressure test. Moreover, following this test, we verify all accessory connections against leakage separately. Consequently, every tank is delivered with documented safety verification.

We use P355 grade carbon steel per EN 10028-3, specifically manufactured for pressure vessels, in all tank production. Furthermore, we test all welded joints in accordance with the applicable manufacturing standard. Moreover, we produce in compliance with the PED 97/23 / CE EU directive and, upon request, to ASME DIV II standards as well. Consequently, we guarantee high structural durability and international compliance on every unit.

After applying Grid sandblasting to SA 2.5 standard, we determine the combination of primer coat and final 2-coat epoxy paint based on whether the tank is installed above ground or underground. Furthermore, the design pressure is 17.16 Bar and the test pressure is 26.5 Bar. Consequently, Harsan quality guarantees the highest surface performance throughout the full service life of every tank.
