Next-Generation Design and Maximum Payload
Our next-generation design targets maximum payload capacity. Moreover, we transport products under road conditions in the safest way possible. Consequently, operational efficiency increases significantly on every journey.
High-Strength Special Body Material
We manufacture the tank body and heads from special material engineered for Pressure Vessels. In addition, all material fully meets AD2000 standards. Consequently, we guarantee high structural durability throughout the service life.
Heat-Treated Heads
We design internal heads specifically to AD2000 standards. These heads improve vehicle stability on the road. Furthermore, we use one-piece, high-strength carbon steel heads throughout. Moreover, these heads deliver extra resistance against vibrations during heavy-load transport.
Sun Shield Protection
We apply a special sun shield over the tank surface. Consequently, we minimise the ambient temperature effect on the tank. Therefore, internal pressure remains stable throughout every journey.
Tank Body and Design Standards
We design every LPG Road Tanker to withstand the most demanding logistics operations. Furthermore, we fully apply the following international standards:
- Furthermore, we offer an aerodynamic cylindrical design compliant with EN 12493.
- Moreover, we use high-strength, imported, special “P” series pressure vessel material per EN 10028-3.
- In addition, we position one external head at both the front and rear. We mount cross-type (T) bolted Baffles inside the tank per EN 12493.
- Additionally, we hold the ISO 3834 Welded Manufacturing Quality Qualification approval.
- Moreover, we roll plates according to the rolling direction. Afterward, we join them into longitudinal rings using robotic welding technology. We apply a butt-to-butt circumferential welding method, avoiding T-joints.

Safety and Tank Body Equipment
Filling and Discharge Line
We carry out controlled filling and discharge using ball valves in the valve cabinet. Furthermore, we use discharge pipes welded to ISO 3834 approved patent elbows. These pipes run completely from the bottom valves to the couplings.
Valves and Fittings
We install 2″ Ball Valves at the end of the gas and liquid lines in the valve cabinet. Moreover, we mount hydraulic bottom valves compliant with EN 12493. In addition, we connect these valves to body-base nozzles with bolted fittings.
Manhole
We include one 16″ diameter manhole on the rear head. Furthermore, this manhole fully meets the EN 12493 standard. Consequently, we mount it securely with a flanged bolted connection.
Measurement and Gauges
We use a fixed level indicator suitable for pressure calculations. Furthermore, we add a glycerin pressure gauge and a thermometer. Moreover, we provide a Rotagage rotary level gauge for clear LPG level monitoring.
Safety Valve
We integrate 2 safety valves on the top of the tank to ensure operating pressure safety. Furthermore, we surround these valves with a dedicated protection pool. Consequently, we deliver additional protection against potential impact.
Chassis and Running Gear Specifications
Chassis Structure
We manufacture a flexible half-chassis with an “I” cross-section. Furthermore, we reinforce it with intermediate cross-members using robotic welding technology. In addition, we mount body bracket connections to the chassis with bolted fittings. Consequently, the structure resists torsion and bending forces effectively. Moreover, our ISO 3834 certified welders use synergic welding machines throughout.
Chassis Equipment
- Furthermore, King-Pin: 94/20/EC compliant, 2″ or 3.5″ detachable design.
- Moreover, we mount dual-speed mechanical landing gears offering 25 tons dynamic and 50 tons static capacity.
- In addition, we use a 16×2-ton capacity reverse-spring drum brake axle set.
- Additionally, we fit 13R x 22.5 tyres as standard.
- Consequently, we install a 24 V, 7-pin Ex-Proof electrical system on every unit.
Paint and Optional Accessories
Cabin Paint Application
First, we apply 1 coat of Shop Primer. Next, we follow with a minimum of 2 coats of Epoxy Primer. Finally, we complete the surface with 2 coats of Acrylic Paint. Furthermore, our advanced equipment ensures homogeneous coverage and high surface gloss on every unit.
Optional Accessories
- Furthermore, we add a magnetic level indicator upon request.
- Moreover, we offer pneumatically actuated internal valves.
- In addition, a stainless steel valve cabinet is available as an option.
- Additionally, we provide hydraulic or electric motor-driven LPG Transfer Pumps.
- Moreover, we integrate digital, mechanical, or mass-flow LPG Meters.
- Consequently, electric or pneumatic auto-rewind LPG Hose Reels are also available.
LPG Transport Tanks — Frequently Asked Questions
What hazardous goods and design standards do LPG transport tankers comply with?
We manufacture our tankers in full compliance with hazardous goods logistics regulations to ensure maximum safety. Furthermore, we apply the EN 12493 design standard with an aerodynamic cylindrical cross-section. Moreover, independent bodies audit our entire production process. Consequently, we document every tanker with TPED and AD2000 “Pressure Vessel Certificate.”
What materials reduce tare weight and maximise payload capacity in LPG transport tanks?
We use imported “P” series high-strength pressure vessel steel per EN 10028-3 in the body structure. Furthermore, this special material significantly reduces the tank tare weight. Moreover, we maximise the volume of UN 1075 (LPG) carried under road conditions on every journey. Consequently, payload capacity reaches its maximum on every trip.
What measures protect against liquid surge and vibrations in moving LPG tankers?
We mount cross-type (T) bolted baffles inside the tank to dampen surge forces from liquid LPG in motion. Furthermore, we use heat-treated one-piece carbon steel heads manufactured to AD2000 standards. Moreover, these heads deliver extra resistance against heavy-load vibrations. Consequently, we maintain driving stability at the highest level throughout every journey.
What are the operating pressure, test pressure and temperature limits of LPG semi-trailers?
We manufacture our tankers for Class 2 gas transport. Furthermore, they operate safely between –20°C and +50°C. Moreover, we set the system design pressure at 17.5 Bar. Consequently, we subject every tank to a 26.5 Bar hydrostatic test pressure after production. Therefore, every tank ships with documented safety verification.
How does the sun shield protect LPG from ambient heat and solar radiation?
LPG is a gas highly sensitive to both pressure and heat. Furthermore, we apply a special Sun Shield to the top of the tank. Consequently, we break the heating effect of direct solar radiation on the tank surface. Moreover, we keep internal pressure stable throughout transport. In addition, we integrate 2 safety valves surrounded by a dedicated protection pool on the tank top.
What equipment manages filling and discharge operations in LPG tankers?
We manage operations safely using 2″ ball valves in the valve cabinet and EN 12493 compliant hydraulic bottom valves mounted on body-base nozzles. Furthermore, we deliver the entire electrical infrastructure with Ex-Proof certification. Moreover, hydraulic or electric motor-driven LPG Transfer Pumps and digital LPG Meters are available as optional additions. Consequently, we deliver a tailored solution for every field operation.
