Fuel Transport Tanks
As Harsan Tanker, we manufacture our Fuel Transport Tanks with a cylindrical cross-section to create the most durable and lightweight tank-chassis structure. Furthermore, we successfully pass all qualified brake and rollover stability performance tests on every unit. Moreover, we manufacture from high-strength steel to withstand every road and load condition.
Material and Structural Design
High-Strength Steel
We use special high-strength, fine-grained “ST52” series steel compliant with EN 10028-3. Furthermore, we test and verify the mechanical and metallurgical properties of the steel on every unit. Moreover, we use stress-relieved elliptical dished heads compliant with standards on all tank heads.
Welding and Quality Processes
We conduct manufacturing and quality processes with our expert engineering team under the supervision of an independent audit firm. Furthermore, we carry out all welding with certified welders in compliance with material and standard requirements. Moreover, we inspect and test all welded joints with our internationally certified NDT personnel. Consequently, every joint carries documented quality assurance before dispatch.
Chassis and Equipment
We manufacture the chassis from high-strength steel. Furthermore, we deliver every unit with cold stamping and an approved identity plate. Moreover, we equip the tank interior with bolted drainage rings compliant with standards. Consequently, we provide dual-speed landing legs with 25 tons dynamic and 50 tons static load capacity as standard.
