TANK BODY

  • Design according to EN 14025 standards, cylindrical cross-section.
  • High-strength, imported, special “P” series pressure vessel material according to EN 10028-3.
  • External heads on the front and back, internally designed according to EN 14025 standards.
  • Welded manufacturing approved for welding quality according to ISO 3834.
  • Plates bent in the rolling direction are robotically welded using circumferential welding technology to create a cylindrical body structure according to EN 14025.
  • V-type brackets used at chassis connection points are welded to the body for increased strength.
  • Drainage hole for complete emptying in case of possible overturning.

TANK

TANK BODY EQUIPMENT

  • Pressure gauge indicating tank internal pressure.
  • Thermometer indicating tank internal temperature.

  • Safety valve for maintaining working pressure, surrounded by a protection pool in case of possible impacts.

CHASSIS EQUIPMENT

  • King-Pin: 94/20/EC directive compliant, type-approved, 2″ or 3.5″ detachable.
  • Mechanical Legs: Each with dual-speed, 25-ton dynamic, 50-ton static, trailer support legs.
  • Axles: 9-ton capacity each, air-suspended, with disc/drum brake axle set.
  • Wheels: 11.75 x 22.5
  • Tires: 385/65 R 22.5
  • Brake System: 2S2M ABS or EBS brake system with RSP.
  • Electrical System: 24V, 7-pin exproof electrical system.

CHASSIS

  • Half chassis designed in line with the body design, “I” section, produced using robotic welding technology, reinforced with intermediate traverses, flexible against torsion and bending, half-chassis.
  • Chassis construction parts are produced by certified welders under ISO 3834 Welding Quality Sufficiency Approval, using synergic welding machines for perfect compatibility.

PAINT

  • At least 2 layers of epoxy primer.
  • Application of 2 layers of acrylic paint with the final layer being “CABIN PAINT” using advanced technical equipment to ensure surface gloss homogeneity and varnish paint gloss on every point on the body.
