CHARACTERISTICS OF HARSAN TANKS
• TPED & AD2000 Certification
IV. party is conducted with the supervision of the establishment. Compliance with national and international current legislation and full, safe inspection by an expert team.
• New Generation Design Maximum Load
The latest technology applied aims to ensure that the maximum load is transported in the safest way possible.
• High Strength Special Body Material
Tank body and domes are produced from special hard material for pressure vessels in AD 2000 standards.
• Lamination System
Compared to the standard material used for pressure road tankers, thanks to the state-of-the-art lamination system, sheet thicknesses have been reduced to minimum thicknesses with optimum calculation, and product weight has been lightened.
• Heat Treated Bombs
According to the AD 2000 standards, interior cambers are designed to increase the stability of the vehicle on the road. It is equipped with hard but light single piece high strength carbon steel domes according to standard applications, it creates resistance to vibrations that may occur during the transportation of heavy loads.
• Sun visor
With the sunshade applied on the tank, the temperature affected by the tank surface is reduced.
TANK BODY
• Cylindrical cross section design in accordance with EN 14025 design standard,
• High strength, imported, special “P” series pressure vessel material in EN 10028-3 norm,
• 1 outer camber at the front and rear, cross type (T) in the tank conforming to EN 14025 design standard, bolt-connected breakwaters,
•ISO 3834 Welded manufacturing quality competence approved,
•Plates bent according to the rolling direction are combined in longitudinal rings with robotic welding technology by avoiding the T points by butt-to-face circumferential welding method, and a cylindrical body structure conforming to EN 14025 design standard is obtained,
•V type consoles used at chassis joints are pad-supported welded to the body to increase the strength of the body and bolted to the chassis.
•In the event of possible tipping, a drain (drain) hole on the horizontal axis, right or left, to ensure complete emptying of the tanks

• Test Pressure: 29 Bar
• Certification: AD Merkblatter TUV “Pressure Vessel Certificate”
TANK BODY EQUIPMENT
• Filling / Discharging Line
Filling and discharging with ball valves inside the installation cabinet,
ISO 3834 Welded manufacturing quality qualification approved, welded to patent elbows, discharge pipes extending from foot valves to their couplings
• Filling / Discharging Valves
2 ”ball valves at the end of the gas and liquid line in the installation cabinet
• Bottom Valves
Hydraulic valves mounted on the body base with bolted connection to the nozzles welded in accordance with EN 14025 standard,
• Manhole
Compliant with EN 14025 standard, 1 piece 16 ”in diameter mounted on the body rear camber, bolted to the flange connected to the tank body by welding.
• Fixed level gauge placed in accordance with EN 14025 standard pressure calculations,
• Glycerine manometer showing the pressure inside the tank,
• Thermometer that shows the temperature inside the tank,
• Magnetic level indicator for in-tank LPG level,
• Safety valve
2 safety valves at the upper part of the tank, which provides the safety of the working pressure, surrounded by a protection pool against possible impacts.
CHASSIS
• Half chassis suitable for body design, with “I” section, produced with robotic welding technology, reinforced with intermediate sleepers, body console connections are bolted to the chassis, flexible against torsion and bending,
• Chassis construction parts are produced with synergic welding machines by certified welders within the scope of ISO 3834 Welded manufacturing quality qualification approval, in perfect harmony.
